Sergey Lavrentyev

Head coach

A graduate of Dynamo Moscow, a coach of the highest category. He worked in Women's Super League clubs and from 2012 to 2015 headed the Russian women's national football team. Under his leadership, the team made it to Euro 2013.

Sergey Lavrentyev

A graduate of the Dynamo Moscow football academy.

He played as a forward in the lower football leagues of Russia (Dynamo-2, Arsenal Tula, Torpedo-ZIL Moscow) and Germany (Einheit Wernigerode). He retired from playing in 1998.

He began to take his first steps in his coaching career in children's teams and men's clubs that played in the KFC and the second division (Rosich, Alliance, Nara-ShBFR). In 2011, he headed the women's football club "ShVSM - Izmailovo", which played in the top division of the Russian championship.

In 2012, he was appointed head coach of the Russian women's national football team. Under his leadership, the Russians made it to the 2013 European Championship, where in the group stage they drew with the teams of England (1:1) and Spain (1:1) and lost to France (1:3), taking third place in the group. In the qualifying tournament for the 2015 World Cup, the Russian team took 2nd place in the group, losing only to Germany.

In 2015-2020, Lavrentyev headed the WFC Chertanovo, in 2021 - WFC CSKA. Twice led his teams to the 1/8 finals of the UEFA Women's Champions League.

On December 9, 2021, he was appointed to the post of head coach of the Dynamo U-21 women's football club. In the first season, the team under his leadership won silver medals in the Youth League.

On December 23, 2022, he was appointed to the post of head coach of the main team of the Dynamo women's football club.

Excellent student in physical culture and sports of Russia (2006). More than 40 graduates of Sergei Lavrentyev play in teams of masters of various levels.

Married, has two daughters.
