The head coach of the Dynamo youth team talks about the results of the match with WFC Strogino (0:0).

— This match required a certain result from us. Of course, we wanted to play more actively in attack, but, unfortunately, it didn’t work out. The quality of attacking action was perhaps the worst this season. We talked a lot about attack, setting up the girls to play as aggressively as possible, but I didn’t see this same aggression on our part.

I can’t say that we didn’t succeed at all. The defensive group tried to control the ball and started attacks well, but the attack itself was toothless. We'll figure out.

— What interim results can be summed up after the first stage of the Youth League?

— We tried to involve all the players, to see everyone in action. In addition to the task of getting into the top ten, it was also necessary to assess how ready the girls were, that is, to obtain the most complete information. In principle, we managed to do this.

The tournament format is unusual for us, but interesting. In general, we received quite good information, especially in the games with Zenit, where all our shortcomings showed up like a litmus test. Let's start preparing for the next stage, where each opponent is very serious and there will be no easy matches.
