Today is the birthday of FC Dynamo Moscow female forward Galina Geibieva.
Galina was born in Moscow, where she started her professional football career. As a trainee of Stroginо WFC, she won the Moscow championship and the Russian Women's First League Championship with the capital club.
In January 2022, Galya became a player for Dynamo Moscow and immediately won the love of Dynamo fans. In the 2022 season, she played all 24 matches in the youth championship and scored 2 goals and 3 assists. As part of our team, the football player won silver medals of the Youth League, was recognized by Dynamo fans as the best player of the month (July 2022), and her winning goal against CSKA after a solo run from the center of the field was also chosen as the club's best goal in July 2022.
Since the 2023 season, Geibieva has also been defending blue and white colors in the Super League and Winline Cup of Russia. She became the first Dynamo player to play 50 matches for our club! In total, Galina has already played 54 matches for the Dynamo club, scoring 4 goals and providing 4 assists
