Today is the birthday of midfielder Liana Kotelnikova.
Liana was born in Cheboksary, where she started her career in big football. The pupil of the local housing and communal complex Energia played for Kazan clubs Miras, Groza and Rubin, as well as Zvezda-2005 from Perm.
In January 2022, Liana joined Dynamo Moscow and immediately became the leader of our team. In 23 Youth League matches, the blue and white midfielder scored 10 goals, including a hat-trick against Zvezda-2005 (7-0), and gave 4 assists!
Her goal against Lokomotiv (2:1) after an excellent shot from the penalty area was chosen by the fans as the best goal of Dynamo in October-November 2022, and the best ball of the whole season-2022!
Liana spent the second half of the 2023 season and the entire 2024 season on loan at Zvezda-2005 Housing and Communal Complex (Perm), and in the coming season she will also play for Chertanovo Moscow on loan.
