WFC "Dynamo" Moscow News | Sergey Lavrentyev: "We played poorly in attack, and the conceded goal turned the game around." Official Dynamo Club Website.

The head coach of WFC "Dynamo" – on the reasons for the defeat in the derby against CSKA (0:1).

— Everything went according to our plan; CSKA had practically no prerequisites to score a goal. Yes, there were approaches, but no more. But this stupid goal that happened at the beginning of the second half, of course, turned everything around and gave free space to the army players, which we successfully closed for them until the goal was conceded. But we weren’t able to transition from defense to attack today; we played poorly in front today.

Of course, we miss the players we lost due to injuries - Fauzia Nazhemba, Irina Dricheva. These are players who can appear both in the starting lineup and during the match to strengthen the game. We didn’t have enough of this in the end; today nothing happened in attack.

Dynamo will play its next match on Saturday, June 15 – away against WFC Spartak.
