The head coach of the Dynamo Football Club talks about the upcoming match with Zenit.
— What do you think about Zenit and what match are you looking forward to?
— We know very well who we will play with. Zenit is the national champion, and we do not expect an easy ride. We are seriously preparing for this match. I think everything will be decided on the football field and in the heads of the players.
— The match with Zenit has been postponed. Was it better to play in March or now?
— Of course, it is best to play according to the original calendar, but due to the tragedy, the game was postponed, I think it was absolutely correct. In this regard, nothing much will change.
— Zenit is strong in many components of the game, however, what can you “catch” this team on?
— Watching Zenit’s two matches against CSKA (in the Super Cup and the Russian Championship - by WFC Dynamo), I can say that first of all it’s character and tactical discipline. The one who does not give in, will be bolder, more impudent, angrier, will become the winner.
