Born in Moscow, she started playing football at the age of 9. A graduate of the capital's Chertanovo (first coaches Natalia Avdonchenko and Alexander Kuzishchin) played for her native club in matches of the first Russian league, she made her debut in the major league of the Russian championship in 2011 as part of the Izmailovo Football Club, where she played 42 matches over three seasons. In 2013 she became a finalist of the Russian Cup.
In 2014–2015, she played for Rossiyanka near Moscow, with whom she won silver medals at the 2015 Russian Championship. In the same club she scored her first goal at the highest level.
From 2016 to 2022 she was a CSKA player. In the 2016 season, playing on loan for Rossiyanka, she played 4 matches and became the champion of Russia for the first time. In 2017, she returned to CSKA and won the Russian Cup; the midfielder won another cup trophy in the 2022 season. In 2019 and 2020, she won Super League gold medals as part of the army club.
Since March 2023, he has been a player for Dynamo Moscow. Team captain for the 2023 Super League season.
Baklanova played for the youth and youth national teams of Russia. As a member of the Russian student team, she became the silver medalist of the 2015 Universiade, and also took part in the 2013 Universiade, where the Russians finished ninth. She made her debut in the Russian national team on February 9, 2014 in a friendly match against the US team. In total, she played 4 matches for the women's national team.
