She started playing football at the age of 7 at the Yuri Konoplev Football Academy (Tolyatti). The first coach is Vladimir Sergeevich Romanenko.
She played in the positions: winger and central midfielder, defender, striker.

At the age of 10, she moved to the Moscow Chertanovo school. In 2017, she won the silver medal at the Russian Student Spartakiad (among teams born in 2000) as part of the Moscow team and was recognized as the best player of her team.
She began performing at the adult level in 2017 in the Moscow club Chertanovo in the Russian Major League. She played her first match on April 24, 2017 against the Perm Zvezda-2005, and scored her first goal on June 15, 2017 against the Krasnoyarsk Enisei. She became a bronze (2017) and silver (2018) medalist at the Russian Championship, and a finalist at the Russian Cup (2017). In 2019, she became the top scorer of her team (6 goals).
In the 2019/20 season, she scored the only goal of WFC Chertanovo in the UEFA Champions League - against the Scottish Glasgow City in the 1/16 finals of the tournament.

Based on the results of a fan vote, she was recognized as Dynamo's best player in September 2022. This month, Komissarova scored 4 goals and made 4 assists in three matches. She was again recognized as the best player in June 2023, following which Christina scored one goal and gave one assist. Her only goal brought the blue and white team a victory over Enisey (1:0) in the 13th round of the Super League and became the first for the football player after a long recovery from injury. In her first season for Dynamo, Komissarova scored a hat-trick and four doubles, and also converted the first penalty in the history of the blue and white team. At the end of the season, she became the team's top scorer - 16 goals in 22 matches, the best assistant - 8 assists, and also the best player in the "goal + pass" system (16 goals + 8 assists).
At the end of the 2022 season, she was recognized by fans as the best player of Dynamo, and according to a survey of head coaches of Youth League clubs, she was recognized as the best player of the season. At the end of the 2023 season, Komissarova was again recognized as Dynamo’s best player!
Her goal against Krylia Sovetov was chosen by fans as the best Dynamo goal in August-September 2024.
She played for the junior and youth national teams of Russia. She made her debut in the Russian national team on November 23, 2017 in a friendly match against Belgium, playing the first half. She played 6 matches for the country's main team.
In the 2022 season, she was also called up to the training camps of the Russian national team: in Novogorsk, she was in the starting lineup in friendly matches with CSKA and Strogino, in which she made an assist; in Minsk, where she took part in two control matches with the Belarusian national team (2:0, 2:2) and co-authored three goals; in Belgrade (November).
