The striker just last year left the Ugandan national championship and moved to the Kazakh club BIIK-Shymkent.
As part of the Shymkent team, Najjemba became the country's champion in her first season in the top league of Kazakhstan. The Ugandan football player also managed to visit Russia: in July 2022, she and her club took part in the International Russian Railways Cup. The tournament brought together the best teams from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Serbia. “BIIK-Shymkent” made it to the finals of the competition, where it lost to Moscow “Lokomotiv” (0:2). Fauzia Nakkemba entered the game in the starting lineup of the Kazakh team.
Since January 2023, he has been a player for Dynamo Moscow. She became the top scorer of the off-season - 5 goals (all in a friendly match with Concordia).

The young striker is also part of the Ugandian national team. Having made her debut for the national team at the age of 16, Najjemba began to be regularly called up to the national team. In 2022, Fauzia was shortlisted for Uganda's Africa Cup of Nations squad, where she ended up playing in all three of the team's matches in the group stage.
