She started playing football at the age of 8. At the age of 11, she came to try out at the Chertanovo sports school, where she was immediately accepted.The first coach is Tatyana Nikitovna Bikeikina.

In January 2017, she was invited to the pre-season training camp of the Chertanovo main team, after which she was announced for the season in the Super League. She made her debut for Chertanovo in the 2nd round of the Russian Championship on April 24, 2017 in an away match against Zvezda 2005, coming in instead of Kristina Komissarova. On June 2, 2017, in the 1/8 finals of the Russian Cup against Youth Sports School No. 13 (Yaroslavl), she played her second match, coming on as a substitute in the 46th minute of the match.

Dynamo player – since December 2021. On April 24, 2022, in her debut match for the blue and white against Krasnodar (1:1), Rubtsova made the first assist in the history of Dynamo Football Club to Alina Chistyakova. From 2016 to 2018, she was called up to the Russian junior national team (under 17 years old). She made her debut for the national team in a friendly game on October 16, 2016 in a match against the Minsk U-19 national team, coming on as a substitute in the 50th minute of the match, and scored two goals in the 55th and 70th minutes of the match.
On October 24, 2016, she played her first official game for the junior team in the first qualifying round of the U-17 European Women's Junior Championship against the Slovenian national team. On October 26, in the 38th minute, she scored her first goal in qualifying against the Lithuanian national team. In total, she played 30 matches for the junior team and scored 14 goals.
