Before joining football, she studied taekwondo for three years at the Moscow CSKA school, and came to football at the age of 12. The first coach is Elenina Irina Aleksandrovna.

Played in the positions: forward, central defender.

Previous clubs: AFC Legion, SShOR No. 46 Tsaritsyno, WFC Chertanovo (9 games, 1 goal) (all Moscow).

On August 16, 2019, she made her debut in the Russian Championship for Chertanovo in a match against Torpedo Izhevsk (1:1). Already in the next game, the football player scored her first goal in the tournament - against the Krasnoyarsk Yenisei (2:1).

In July 2019, as a member of the Moscow U17 team, Jose-Diana became the winner of the Summer Student Spartakiad. He has experience playing for Russian national teams of different ages: 2017-2019 - U-17 (16 matches, 7 goals), U-19 (2 matches). The debut in the Russian U17 national team took place under the leadership of coach Valentin Gavva as part of a friendly game against Finland (2:3). Took part in one qualifying game for the 2018 European Youth Championship. In the qualifying tournament for the 2019 European Youth Championship, she played 6 matches and scored two goals against Serbia and Israel, but her team failed to qualify for the main round of the tournament.

On March 7, 2020, she made her debut in the Russian U19 youth team in a friendly match against Ireland (0:2).

In June 2022, she received an invitation to the training camp of the Russian national team under the leadership of head coach Yuri Krasnozhan.
