Polina Tyrtyshnaya

She got into football from early childhood, which was encouraged by my family: my father, mother and older brother played football.

She played in the following positions: striker, central midfielder, outside midfielder.

Previous clubs: sports school No. 75 "Savelovskaya" (Moscow), "Prialit" (Moscow region), WFC "Ufa", "Zvezda-2005" (Perm), WFC "Zenit" (St. Petersburg), WFC CSKA.

After moving from Ufa to Moscow, Polina began training at school No. 75 “Savelovskaya,” where her first coach was her mother, Liliya Maratovna Tyrtyshnaya.

The team repeatedly won the Moscow Championship according to its age, and Polina was recognized as the best player and scorer.

As part of the Moscow team, she won the Russian Championship among mixed teams and was recognized as the best player of the tournament.

Playing for Prialit and the Moscow region team, she took prizes at the Russian Championship.

She played for the WFC Ufa in 2017, where she played 12 games, including in the National Cup against Zvezda 2005, appearing in the starting lineup and playing the entire game.

After moving to Zvezda 2005, she played many matches in the first league and also successfully played for the national team of the Perm Territory.

In 2018, she took 3rd place at the Russian Championship among girls under 19 years old, in 2019 she took 2nd place at the Russian Championship among girls under 19 years old and became the top scorer of the Summer Spartakiad for students.

In 2020, she joined the main roster of the St. Petersburg FC Zenit, where she was repeatedly included in the squad for the match.

In 2021, she joined the youth team of CSKA Moscow, where she became the champion of the Youth League, playing almost all the matches, giving 12 assists and scoring 2 goals. She was also repeatedly called up to the main team of the CSKA Sports Club, and underwent pre-season training with the team in Sochi and Turkey.

Dynamo player – since February 28, 2022. In early March, I injured my knee joint during one of my training sessions. The football player underwent surgery, however, Polina was out for a long time. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation after an injury and is preparing to resume the training process.

In February 2022, she was called up to the Russian U-21 youth team. She made her debut for her on February 18 in a friendly match, entering the field in the first team against the Turkish club Antalya Spor (2:0).
