She started playing football at the age of 8. The first coach is Evgeniy Aleksandrovich Fomenko.
She played in the following positions: full back, wing midfielder, central defensive midfielder.
Previous clubs: WMFC Volga (Ulyanovsk), WFC Syzran-2003 (Syzran), SDYUSSHOR No. 11 (Samara), UOR No. 2 (Zvenigorod - 60 matches, 23 goals).
As part of the Ulyanovsk Volga she became the silver medalist of the Russian mini-football championship among girls born in 2001-2002, the team's top scorer and received the prize for the best defender of the tournament.
After this, Anastasia was invited to continue her sports career in the capital region. After graduating from the 9th grade of Syzran school No. 16, Pervushina successfully entered the school (technical school) of the Olympic reserve (UOR) No. 2 in Zvenigorod, Moscow region.
In October 2019, as part of the team of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Moscow Region "UOR No. 2" under the leadership of Tomilin S.A. and Milakova V.N. won gold medals at the Russian Football Championship among women's teams of the II division. Anastasia Pervushina was recognized as the best midfielder of the competition.
In September 2018, she received her first call-up and made her debut as part of the Russian U-17 junior team in a friendly match with Serbia.
